Overview
NQF’s Leadership Consortium brings together multistakeholder leaders from our Member Organizations to collaborate in a two-phased approach:
- Phase 1: Prioritization — Leadership Consortium members will prioritize one healthcare topic and a set of actionable recommendations to improve outcomes in that topic area.
- Phase 2: Implementation — A subset of the Leadership Consortium members will implement the actionable recommendations through projects hosted by their organizations, and all Leadership Consortium members will come together in a series of meetings to collaborate on project progress, lessons learned, and promising practices.
Both phases culminate in a final report summarizing key recommendations that will drive meaningful and lasting change in health and healthcare. Through this process, NQF’s Leadership Consortium continues to advance quality measurement to aid overcoming today’s top healthcare challenges.
2024-2025 Priority Topic
The 2024-2025 Leadership Consortium members have identified Screening for Youth Mental Health and Suicidality as the priority topic members will work on in Phase 2. NQF will publish the final report early 2026.
