Measure Feedback Loop Usability and Use Final Report 

The National Quality Forum (NQF) convened a multi-stakeholder committee to identify and recommend effective approaches to incorporate real-time feedback on healthcare performance measures from providers, healthcare facilities, and other measure end-users back to the measure developer. This document provides a comprehensive view of current efforts to inform CDP Standing Committees on how measure feedback is solicited and evaluated within the process. The report also identifies information gaps that would be helpful to inform the CDP along with providing an analysis of the Usability and Use criteria and recommendations for improving the current feedback loops within NQF processes.
