Voting Review of Draft Report: National Voluntary Consensus Standards for Clinicians: Additional Performance Measures, 2008

On May 5, 2008 NQF Member primary contacts were sent voting instructions for the draft report National Voluntary Consensus Standards for Clinicians: Additional Performance Measures, 2008.

Voting closes Tuesday, June 3, 2008 at 6:00 pm ET – no exceptions.
All voting is by electronic submission only.

Enhanced Voting Options

The “en bloc” voting option to approve, disapprove, or abstain from voting on ALL items under consideration.  If you choose to vote “en bloc” you may NOT vote on each item under consideration individually.  If you vote “en bloc”, any votes on the individual measures will not be considered.

NOTE: This ballot contains four “en bloc” voting options for each of the measure areas: cancer, infectious disease, perioperative and non-MD/DO.

A sample ballot (for Member internal use only) is available.    No hard copy ballots will be accepted or counted.
