The National Quality Forum (NQF) is a private, not-for-profit, open membership organization that provides an opportunity for all stakeholders to come together and work with each other to coordinate their efforts and achieve consensus on actions that can create meaningful, lasting change.
NQF has broad participation from all parts of the healthcare system, including national, regional, state, and local groups representing consumers; public and private purchasers; physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare providers; accrediting bodies; supporting industries; and organizations involved in healthcare research or quality improvement.
Together, the members of the NQF promote a common approach to measuring and reporting healthcare quality and fostering system-wide improvements in patient safety, healthcare quality, and an overall better American healthcare system.
Membership in NQF gives you a voice in shaping the future of healthcare in the United States.
NQF membership gives organizations a chance to take a leadership role in healthcare quality issues at the local, state, and national level. To find out more about joining NQF, please email info@qualityforum.org or call (202) 783-1300.
