We are seeking a Program Director to support the Performance Measures department.
The Program Director is responsible for the execution and oversight of NQF projects, including consensus development projects, special projects, workshops, and other types of venues. The incumbent is specifically responsible for the technical direction and oversight, day-to-day management of the project, and completion of project deliverables. The Program Director will also manage and provide technical oversight for NQF consensus projects, workshops, and other “core” organizational and administrative work/tasks.
Requirements include 3 to 5 years of experience and Master’s degree in a related field (i.e. MPH, MSHA, MHA, MS) or Healthcare Professional (i.e. RN, NP, PA, MD). Strong knowledge of the healthcare delivery system and/or public health experience. The ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required as well as the ability to interact effectively with a variety of people and work well on a team.
