We are seeking a high-level Administrative Assistant to support two mission critical departments – Communications and Education and Research. Responsibilities include: scheduling appointments, conference calls, and meetings; entering content into databases, including key contacts and reporters; managing speaker information for conferences, including tracking status; providing administrative support at meetings such as assisting with registration, handouts, and other functions; proofreading materials for errors in spelling, punctuation, and syntax; assisting with preparation of presentation materials; acting as liaison with vendors as needed; and arranging travel and completing expense reports.
Requirements include at least 3 years experience working in a professional office environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and superb interpersonal and organizational skills is required. Experience working with senior-level staff and Bachelor’s degree preferred.
